This is my least favorite Panda Express location. The customer service is always awful. I only go because my kids like it. You can’t ask for a sample of anything here because they claim they are out of sample toothpicks.

My 1st stop before going to one in Apache Jct which is just a bad. Server definitely hates her job. Placed my order and had to wait for them to cook food. Serving bowls empty. Meantime they are cleaning stove and some guy is on range with his shies on spraying cleaner and I am going to eat what’s being prepared??? Clean before or after hours. All stainless was sprayed and he is walking all over the cooking area. Disgusting. Went to AJ which was no better.

Worst customer service I have experienced at a panda express. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 6:45. Employees helped the entire line before completing our order and handed it to us at 6:55. Why would you offer online orders to skip the line, and then make that individual wait 10 min. Will not return and will let others know to go to the signal butte location.

Usually, it’s best to go to any Panda Express during the rush times as the food is freshest then. Panda Express has multiple dishes and size choices, so you should be able to find something you will like or love. I LOVE their Honey Walnut Shrimp despite the increased cost.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Go to the location up the road, on Signal butte and baseline. The food at this location looked old, crusty, and cold. When asked to cook something fresh they acted like it was a trouble to do. Sadly, even after having them cook string bean chicken fresh; the chicken tasted off, sour, and had no flavor or sauce used on it. The only thing that didn’t taste strange was the egg roll, but it’s deep fried and frozen, so it’s kind of hard to screw up. Save yourself a bad trip and go to the other location up the road.

Wasn’t the best. Picked up some food for a movie night and the portions at this location are super small, it’s closest to my house so I went here, but for the amount of money I spent it was tiny. I used to work at Panda Express, so I understand how it is, but it was ridiculously small.
