I ordered a steak with shrimp and cheese that included rice, beans, and tortillas in tin foil. When I received my food the cheese that was on my steak and shrimp was completely cold. I asked the waiter kindly if he could melt the cheese on the steak without microwaving the steak. He told me yes and took my plate to the back. He returned very quickly with my food which I thought was strange. Then I come to find out that he stuck my entire meal in the microwave and cooked the beans, rice, tortillas, steak, shrimp, and cheese. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m just glad I received my money back.
