I haven’t eaten at a Potbelly in a long time. I remember loving their sandwiches, but this time, I got the Italian. It was good, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I used to. Not sure why. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean. I like the Alien on the wall. I might come back and try again.

This location is THE worst for online orders. Orders are never ready by the pickup time, even if you order hours ahead, and everyone who walks through the door while you wait gets served.

Had not heard of this place, but it was adjacent to stores in which we had been shopping, so we stopped in for lunch. The taste of the turkey avocado sandwich was divine! It was toasted under a flame and was crunchy and wonderfully creamy at the same time. Every bite was delicious.

I used to work at a different potbelly shop and my experience today was legitimately awful. Associates were very dismissive and unhelpful. The load associate who puts toppings on had her mask around her chin breathing on my sandwich and the disrespectful cashier replied “it’s fine” to my request to change a charge for bacon to what I actually got which was salad bacon. A dollar difference in price that I’ve been made to pay too many times to count in this location. Simply infuriating.

Something is going on with this location in terms of management and training staff. Urgency and competency to complete orders quickly is going downhill. Placed an online order to be ready in 15 minutes and it’s almost 15 minutes passed the due time and it’s still not ready. Can’t figure out why it’s that hard to get a salad and a sandwich ready in 30 minutes with four staffers working. Use to come here often but will pass.

The manager at this location went above and beyond in responding to a recent issue I had with a delivery order from this store. Through no fault of Potbelly, the delivery driver failed to show and I had to go pick my order up. They graciously refunded my order, and offered me a free sandwich on my next visit. I wanted to recognize this store for taking great care of their customers, and I will definitely visit this location again soon.
