I had got the 12 Pc chicken with 3 sides and 6 Biscuits from KFC I pay 39.04 dollars for the food and this is what I received. I had asked for mashed potatoes and didn’t get any gravy with it. The chicken didn’t even taste like KFC. I don’t understand when u pay your hard earning money on Chicken you suspect it to be good and tasty. It’s so sad I can’t get a good meal when I spending my own money it I can’t even enjoy the food. They need to shut KFC Down if they can’t cook the food correctly

The lady behind the counter made my visit very welcoming from the start. You can tell that she is a happy extrovert. She greeted and treated everyone special. There was a line, so i saw her interactions for a while. And when she was busy packing food, her partner quickly took over the register and helped the next customer. He seems more introverted as myself, but he was on it as well.

Sunday at lunch time I went in to order a 12 piece takeout meal for the family. It appeared there were only 4 employees working the entire place. Only one person working the entire front end! This girl was working her butt off but it took almost 30 mins just to get my order taken and there were only 2 people in front of me when I walked in. One of those was just an Uber Eats pick up. Waited for about 45 mins to get home and was missing part of my order. It was a truly ridiculous experience but my family was expecting KFC. The good side was one employee was doing all they could & even stayed professional and courteous in their demeanor & the food we did get was very good.

TERRIBLE!!! ripped off. Ordered $20 fill up and was charged $26.74. Asked & confirmed twice that we wanted dark meat only and asked to swap the coleslaw for an extra mash. Got home and found it was white meat and didn’t have a coleslaw or mash potato. Opened up the bucket and the 4 biscuits were on top smashed flat unedible! It is a terrible place full of unsavory unkempt looking employees. Young white kids that don’t care about their jobs and certainly don’t care about the food they are making. Ended up throwing it all away because we didn’t trust it. I’m going to post a pic of the smashed biscuits. Stay away from this location!!!

Just go ahead and shut this place down. Just went here 5 minutes ago and the lady on the head set was very rude and didn’t answer any questions at all. Asked for a LARGE meal and got small. Tired of paying for full amount when I don’t get what I ask for!!! Co workers in the back singing and goofing off.
