1st time & I won’t be back at least not to the concord parkway location. I ordered a cheeseburger a little cheeseburger 2 small fries one with Cajun season wanted hotdogs but they didn’t have chili or slaw. I made the mistake of not checking my bag before I left to drive to Salisbury. Gets home only 1 cheeseburger calls & she says I apologize I only rung you up for 1. Almost $22 for 1 cheeseburger and 2 fries. Got my hotdogs from Mr c’s should of went there for everything like I had Planned before I saw Five Guys sign. Pay attention cashiers & customers always check your bags before leaving

Listen up Management. We were so excited when Five Guys came to N. Concord. We have eaten here several times, even though the prices are high. You get what you pay for – – well, not all the time. We were last at Store # NC-1987 on 4/27/2021. To say that we were disappointed is putting it mildly. OK, we were there for Take Out on Tuesday at 5:10 pm, there was one other customer in the place, so not busy. When my husband came home with our meals I insisted that he take a picture of it because I couldn’t believe my eyes. One of the things that we absolutely love about Five Guys is that they always give you a copious amount of fries (well done and super tasty – both varieties). Sadly, this time there were about the same amount that you would get at any McDonalds or such, and the burgers were dwarfed by the bun. Seriously, for an $8.59 Cheeseburger it was pretty sad. With as many Burger Joints in the area these Five Guys need to step up their game and go back to being what made them famous in the first place.
