I enjoyed this place when they first opened but the last two times the only thing they got correct was the soda. I ordered a meal with soft tacos and I got two tortillas with heaps of cheese! Is this a joke? Also waited at the speaker for 15 minutes and nobody in front of me. There is no way this location will stay in business long.

Almost no cheese on my burrito. The sausage tasted rotten like they used old sausage or sausage that has been left out of refrigeration. 30 minutes later I have the worse stomach ache and I can’t stop puking. This was the only thing I eat today on my way to work.

Can’t comment on the quality of the food since I never received it. Placed a mobile order for in-store pick up and the order was ready but not in the kiosk. The employees told us multiple times it would “be a minute” while we stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes while one employee was sweeping the floor instead of helping us. Attempted to pick up our food in the drive thru since customers in the lobby were not being served, and that added 10 more minutes of waiting. Ultimately needed to get our order refunded. Will not be returning to this location due to horrendous service.

This is a Drive through only location. This evening my family and I ordered $70 in food at this NEW location. Not only were they out of items, when I got home my order was missing not 1 but 2 items and my daughters order was not made correctly. I called and they asked I drive all the way back up to make my order right. So now I sit here in the drive through line, again Hungry and irritated. Also the turn to leave the drive through is very narrow if you drive a truck there is no way you can make the turn! Very poor parking lot design.

22 minutes in the drive-through was pretty ridiculous, they take an order and fill that order, take another order and so on. The lady was super nice at the window, and the meal was as ordered and good. I was trapped in the line, so I had to endure the pain. I had a good experience at this same Taco Bell a couple of months ago. Maybe just a bad night.

Considering this Taco bell just opened you’d think you’d get great service and good food. That’s a big no,inside is usually locked during business hours and your food is slapped together worse than if a couple three year olds made it. Who ever owns this store needs to clean house and train a new team and keep the inside open when you are. I hate the one closest to Walmart but even they are. Better than this location.

I usually don’t have negative things to say about any business, however I spent 30 dollars for me and my family to eat, just to be given a bag of things I never ordered. This has happened multiple times since they have opened. I understand a new building an new staff, but how hard is it to double check a order? Worst experience at any fast food establishment. I won’t be using this location for awhile hence my 1 star review.
