Immediately upon entering, you’re met with a stench. Smells organic. Though the store appeared clean and orderly, the stench was a big minus. Next, my order was held up by someone apparently ordering by phone for a party, so I waited an inordinate time for a simple sandwich. During ordering, I asked for the sandwich to be sliced; it was not. Finally, the nearly all-male team was overly jocular to the point the work suffered. Worst JJ I’ve ever visited and will NOT be going back.

Stopped at Oak Lawn location this evening. Ordered 2 Cesar wraps Salami sandwich and a turkey Tom. Katherine order taker very nice, fantastic customer service. I requested the turkey be placed in separate bag since going to separate place. She informed the sandwich makers. Received everything in one bag. When I stated the one sandwich was to be separate the taller male stated oh take a bag from there and separate it. I did not know which one it was..wrong sandwich ended with wrong person. His customer service and general attitude is not worth going back for awhile.
