Their opening hours is listed 5am. Everyday I walk pass them. Everyday I go to door promptly 5am. They rarely have it open at listed time. I just go to the citgo gas station next to it and get their coffee and continue my morning walk or jog. In the event that I went in much later in day, the order has a 50/50 of being correct.

Kind of annoyed that everytime I go to this spot in the morning the guy at the window always forgets my donuts. This morning I had to just sit there and look at him for 5 minutes just for him to realize I bought a donut. Then I left, drank the iced coffee and it tasted so sour felt like it had expired milk or something. Gonna go back there after work and just give them the coffee back and hopefully get a refund or something.

What can you expect? It’s just another Dunkin. I placed my order through the app about 10 minutes before I arrived and then waited around patiently to pick it up. I was finally asked if I could be helped after 10 minutes of waiting in the store, they hadn’t even started it.

Zero stars wd suffice for this location. Absolutely thee slowest and most unprofessional staff ‘this side of Ct’. We were at the drive thru to place the order. Then, she tells us she cant hear us and to place our order at the drive-thru. How did u hear all the other customers??? Didnt make much sense but ok. We pull up to the drive-thru, as instructed, to place our order only to be told she cdnt take our order and we need to get back in the mile long line. Really??? As if the coffee isnt already brewed and ready to go. No thank u. Kick rox! Never again. They did me a favor.

I placed my order thru the app at 9:57am to pick up thru drive thru. I drove to the location, which took me a little around 10 minutes (GPS showed 10:08). I didn’t leave the drive thru until 10:23am AND I when I got home and opened the bag I got the wrong sandwich. I didn’t think to open my bag while there because I figured they would have provided me with the right sandwich seeing as I ordered ahead. Icing on top is the sandwich I got was cheaper. I dont have time to go back and I’m out some money. happy saturday
