Been here a hand full of times this year. It literally takes no less than 15 min if lucky to place an order through drive thru. The attitude by the workers makes the matter even worse. There’s no near by Popeyes otherwise I would consider going somewhere else. Disappointing ! Then you wait and sit for your order for a good time. If you need fast food this is not the place. Management is aware but seems not to care to make changes. Hopefully other management reads the reviews and makes changes .

I’ve never been to this Popeyes and they get my order correct all the way through. They never give me napkins, I always have to ask for honey and hot sauce. I asked for dark meat, they give me white. They’re always nice & pleasant but they HAVE to do a better job at listening and providing what I asked for.

I don’t know the managers name that was on duty today during dinner time but he had an immaculate performance of great customer service, and care for other people. I haven’t seen great customer service like this in a long time. He went ahead and took care of my whole family that was in the car ,making the orders fresh, even went out his way to have some of his team members and himself come and deliver the bags of food directly to our car. Definitely a great performance on his part and will be going back.

It’s a hit a miss with this place. Do not for the life of you order from this place online/ app. They had I nothing I ordered, couldn’t compensate me and now I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund because I ordered through the app. Good customer service everywhere seems to be declining as I haven’t had any anywhere in a good while along with the mediocre food, if they can even get your order right. Good luck out here people!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich watched a worker pick a broom up before making my sandwiches and never used gloves to make the food. I’m fact none of the workers used gloves. Every time I come here they always make you wait 2-3 minutes before ordering and nobody even be in line. I always see extra staff in the waiting area politicking like it’s a club. This place definitely ghetto and needs new staff and management

Awful customer service. Cashier Shaquita was unprofessional and angry. There was a 10 minute just to give my order, no other cars in front of me and inside was empty besides the unhappy employees. Everything I attempted to order had additional time to wait for. After being directed to wait in the front, I asked for a receipt and Shaquita yelled “What”. This location is very outdated, parking lot full of potholes and trashy grounds. Poor management.

Another disappointment of a restaurant. Apparently if u go to a lot of these type of restaurants after 5pm u can expect lack of food quality, incompetence, unprofessional customer service, and carelessness of the preparation of food. So basically their mindset is just to hurry up and serve u what they have and get you up out of there. It’s such a shame that people who might work late shifts or have to get a late dinner for their families, have to succumb to this type of quality. I will suggest White Castle before I suggest this restaurant to anyone late nights. If u decide to come here it better be before 3pm is all I’m saying. This establishment’s night crew don’t even deserve 1 star honestly. If I could have picked 0, I would have in a heartbeat.
