Why did I do this to myself? It’s been a long time since I’ve had KFC, so my wife and I decided to go for it after we saw a good deal on the app. Our order was marked complete and ready for pick up within 5 minutes, and I waited for one hour on the dot before finally getting it. And, finally getting it involved me wrapping around the drive-thru and asking for the third time. The parking lot was full of angry people… you’re a chicken restaurant, just make chicken. When people come, they’re going to order chicken, trust me.

The worst possible staff….. but if you have read the other comments then that should be expected. I originally was going to post my experience here, however it looks like poor customer service, lack of menu items and just down right rudeness is the standard for this location. I assume the management and corporate don’t care as all these reviews are the same and no one is doing anything about it.

WTH?? KFC, do you even READ these reviews? Besides the obvious 5 star reviews from the owners friends and employees trying to save face…this place needs to CLOSE! Employees look stoned out of their brains and are angry with VERY poor attitudes. Food is nasty. Our orders were disgusting and not even edible. Chicken pieces were very tiny and overcooked. No, it’s not “supply issues”. That’s BS. You’re trying to save your sinking ship by cutting portions and overhead…like all other fast food places I’ve been to still using the “covid” excuse. And if you think bumping up wages a little will help and motivate employees and attitudes? FORGET IT. This young generation does not want to work. Period. Not even for 25.00/hr. You’re doomed until you install the robots to make and serve the food. Only then will you once again have accuracy and consistency without the shuffling poor attitudes. Goodbye KFC! We will not spend another dime with you.

This was the worst experience of my life NEVER GO THERE PAST 8 pm. They gave me hard- crusted- dry chicken. Hard cold biscuits & fries. The Mac& cheese was scraped from the bottom of the pan – hard & stuck together. I paid $25.99 for an 8 piece bucket on 3/23/23 after 9:00pm. The food wasn’t fit for a dog!! Disgusting I’ll never go there again. We were really hungry after a hard day, we couldn’t eat that garbage. To save left over food they lost a good customer & got a bad rating!!!

We went by around dinner time and after we paid we were asked to pull over into the parking lot (which was difficult because of the other cars waiting). The guy at the window said it would only be a moment, but we ended up waiting 15 and that looked to be the case for everyone. It’s almost like they cook meals individually starting when you order. They weren’t that busy but they didn’t have a half a dozen pieces of chicken ready to go. Something isn’t right with this place, although at least they got the order right and it was cooked properly.
