Every time I have attempted to go into this store, I am simply not able to. There has always been an employee parked in the accessible parking- or in the access spot next to it! I have spoken to two separate managers, ‘Alexis’ and ‘Holly’, both were adamant that not only was this allowed, they both referred to the spot as ‘Manager Parking’. Great food. Only problem is a night they are insanely slow your better off shutting the engine down in the drive through as you move up everytime. Exspect to be in line if there is more than 3 cars for atleast an hour, it’s typically that slow. Other than that the people are usally pretty nice at this locaction, only ever had a problem with 3 people past 10 years, and those 3 people are no longer employed at Jack in the Box. Parking is great around the entire building besides entrance. All n all amazing place to eat and visit if your in town or live around.

Everything is cold and dry. From the time I was handed my food till I got home was a total of 3-5 minutes. From Washington and college to 400 yrds behind Fast Eddie’s Bon Air. Then they have the nerve to act like I am in the wrong. Go back up and the grease on the floor in the dining area turns the floor into an ice rink. The lady at the counter smells like a carton of cigarettes and the tips of her nails black with dirt. What happened to management keeping policy and enforcing it. Will not return to this place.
