I never write reviews but this is insane. I live around the corner and I’ve been here numerous times and there is ALWAYS ISSUES. Sometimes they tell me to pull around to wait for my food when I’m the only one in the drive through and inside. I order and pay for mozzarella sticks and they tell me upon getting my food, they don’t have the sause that comes with it. My order is missing something every time. This is literally the worst place and everyone need to be fired and replaced with people who care about their job.

BECAREFUL DRIVE TRU FRAUD/ SCAM. I purchased two salads and large drink and was charged 5 separate times for the same items. Drive tru cashier gave me a receipt for 17.96 but when I checked my bank of America app it showed I got charged 5 times separately for the same items. I went back to speak with the manager and she refused to refund me saying it was the banks mistake. Somehow they are pocketing the money knowing that I’m gona dispute charges and my bank will refund the money. Girl at drive tru was white with glasses early 20s manager was Hispanic female. Everytime you use drive tru be sure to check your bank app don’t go by the receipt they give you . Definitely scam or fraud going on.

Majority of the order was incorrect. We ordered Dr. Pepper and when I advised the kid at the window they gave us Root Beer he said “it is Dr. Pepper give me the cup back” I gave him back the Root Beer and he rudely snatched it from my hand. Both the croissants on the order were also incorrect, I tried calling the number on the receipt to speak with a supervisor however the same kid from the window answered and decided to hang up. Received my order through drive thru and there wasn’t any napkins nor buttermilk which the butter milk was requested and it should be given back napkins should be included. Plus food was cold. Definitely don’t recommend going to this location at all.

My family really liked this “Jacks,” Fish sandwich is far better than McDonalds, and has more fish than Carl’s Jr. and taste better. My 9yr old son had the Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo.
