Benji and Haley are awesome. Shot in around 9:30 since their neighbors were closed and am glad I did. They were friendly, attentive and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden / inconvenience since I got there late. They have earned my business as long as they are working!!! Food was alright. This place has changed in the last couple months. Front end is rude, they don’t know how to handle the amount of customers. Ordered a milkshake for my daughter. The shakes are small and expensive, I thought it would at least be good but it was Like drinking strawberry milk with strawberry chunks. I definitely would not get a milk shake here!

My order: 2 little hamburgers and a regular fry to go. When I was told $24, I was shocked. It just did not compute! The look on my face must have been amusing to the young woman at the cash register, but I’m sure she must have seen it before. From now on I’ll never complain about the cost of 4 uncooked Wahlburgers at $13.49, because I am DONE at 5 Guys.

I don’t tend to go out to eat much anymore as the cost of these chain places has gone up and the quality and service has gone down but me and my cousin go out of our way to end up at five guys in Burlington from Waterbury every time we go there Benji is always smiling always polite and gives exceptional service he is polite and efficient and is nice to go in and see them all get along laugh and just provide a fun atmosphere instead of like other places we’re they don’t smile and just seem angry and hate we’re they are. SO THANK YOU BENJI FOR MAKING EVERY VISIT PLEASANT AND ENJOYABLE WE WILL BE BACK FOR OUR SUNDAY FUNDAY

The food is always good, but the staff was very loud. Shouting “so and so is in the house!” yelling back and forth to each other, the radio on very loud. My father and I couldn’t have a decent conversation because we had to almost shout to hear each other. I won’t be back there.
