Usually not picky, but the food is really below average. Rigatoni tasted nothing and the sauce was so watery, with no signs of meat. Very disappointing. Arancini and calamari were okay, not too salty but it’s easy to not mess up fried food. Would not recommend for the food, even for a quick bite.

Ordered a beer and noticed some black things resting at the bottom of my glass, in my second one I asked the bar tender to get me a cleaner glass and you can see how my second “cleaner” glass looks like!

I would have given them zero if I could. I should have checked the review before I went there. Very poor service. I waited more than 40 minutes for an omelette, and they were not even busy that took them so long . They added bacon in it ( I specifically asked to not add bacon). They said they will fix it. I kept waiting for another 30 minutes, then I had to leave because I couldn’t wait longer, had to catch my flight . I paid my bill for the juice. They showed no courtesy for messing my order or more importantly wasting my time. There are several options around there. Don’t waste your precious time.

Poor customer service. There was no one to tell us where to sit and then we found ourselves in a closed seated area. We then got attitude from the bartender after ordering drinks because of where we were seated. I wouldn’t come back here again.

I’m shocked these reviews are so low. My husband and I visited this place on Tuesday. We wanted the sandwich shop, but it was packed. I’m SO GLAD it was. Our waitress, Ashley, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, charismatic, and VERY good at her job. We had the meatballs as an appetizer, delicious, and each of us had a meal. His medium rare burger and sweet potato fries were exceptional. I LOVED my flat bread pizza. It had a great HEAT from the peppers and the Italian sausage was fantastic. I will DEFINITELY make this my ‘go to’ at Logan.

Food is horrible!! My husband and I had time to spare since our flight was delayed so we decided to kill some time with a meal. As many have stated, I wish we’d read the reviews first. The appetizers of choice were the meatballs and calamari. One word for both is gross! The meatballs came out cold and no flavor AT ALL!! The calamari looked good but tasted terrible!! The outside of it was crisp but the inside seemed somewhat chewy and undone! At sone point of chewing I got queasy and pushed the plate away from me! The burger my husband ordered didn’t taste ‘grilled’ but more like burnt!! I don’t see how they have ANY customers!!! Horrible!! If I could’ve I wouldn’t give it 1 star!!! Don’t waste your money!!

This place was okay, certainly qualifies as decent airport food but the shop in North End is likely much better. I ordered the Rigatoni which was only alright but came out quickly with plenty of time to catch my flight.
