If this is what a 3 meat pizza from pizza hut looks like i want be ordering again. I was informed when I called to complain about 2 large 3 topping with barely any topping and apparently cheese or sauce that they were told they were putting to much of the toppings on them. My reaction was wow because if we are paying the price I expected to get atleast what I asked for. Will not be going back.

I called my order in. When I got there 30 minutes later the store was really busy, lots of people in the lobby. I told them who I was and my order was all ready to go. Paid and left in under two minutes. Good job considering how slammed they were.

They were very nice this time, but they were different workers. I have had different experiences in the past few weeks with them getting my order wrong and when called out about it they told me I would just have to keep what they gave me even though my receipt said something different. This time when the sauce was not with my order they were nice and corrected it. The only thing is I liked it better is when they first opened they would check everything in the order against the receipt when you get there to pickup the order.

I placed my order on the app at 8:17pm. Immediately after, I was called from the location and very rudely was told that they are not accepting any more orders for the night. She did not cancel it from the system though, because 20 minutes later the app told me my pizza was ready for pickup. When I passed in front there were 3 employees standing up talking.

We order thin and got hand tossed. Was already home so tried to eat it. Was under cooked and doughy. Also we had tried to get pizza the other day but was told they ran out and it would b two hours before we could have any kind of pizza. This is only pizza hut in town. We stopped eating here before because of this going on. Guess we will b doing without again.

I’ve had a couple bad encounters with this location. I placed an order today online and it stated my card was not accepted : however it took the payment from my account and the store stated they couldn’t refund my money not could they give me my order without making another payment.
