Came in just before closing as I didn’t want to make dinner that late for myself. Store was clean and I was only customer. Employees were nice and sub was made very quickly. I got a regular turkey tom. For the price (7$), it was a good enough sub and I’d come back.

Catered our school’s ends of year party at Calypso Bay. We were in a bind at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us! 167 boxes lunches with a sub, chips, pickle, and cookie or brownie were delicious and plentiful. Thank you!

I have seen the advertisements on television and I was prepared to be impressed. I am so disappointed that I was not and let me tell you why. I ordered from their board something called a Pepe but I was not allowed to see how it was being prepared or to have any choices. When I arrived home and opened up the wrapping saw a lot of bread and not a lot of food. I ordered a 16 in sandwich but I would have been happy with the 8 in. So there was no other choice on having extra lettuce or what kind of cheese that you would want or what kind of dressing that you would want. At first I was wondering where the cheese was but I went looking for it and I found it. The amount of ham was out of wood and the tomatoes for adequate. I felt the mayonnaise have been slathered on too much for me. My first impression besides too much bread was where’s the lettuce! I didn’t like the fact that I could not see the sandwich being made even though the establishment appeared to be very clean my employees were pleasant. I also found something gray on the ham now I’m no expert but doesn’t that mean it’s going bad? I really don’t know the answer to that. It seems to me that sandwiches were heavy on a roast beef and turkey and I think there was a tuna sandwich none of the above that I cared for. I would have liked to have had a pastrami or corned beef but that wasn’t on the menu. sandwiches are so personal and someone else made love their sandwiches it just wasn’t for me regrettably.

$19 for a thin sandwich with very little meat THAT DOESNT EVEN COME WITH CHEESE UNLESS YOU PAY EXTRA, didn’t apply the substitute sauce that they confirmed they would do. started cleaning in the middle of making my sub and dust was everywhere in the air in the middle of them sweeping. honestly save the money go to Publix and get a way better product, even subway is miles ahead this store in product, price, service, and artists who actually listen to you. Terrible value, meh sandwich, poor hygiene, rude workers, and extra for cheese?

My Unwich pretty much fell apart once I opened it up. Could have used another piece or two of lettuce to hold it all together. Like the online ordering and grab and go shelf right by the front door. Worker was helpful when I had a question.

A worker was violently sweeping during the entire visit and dusted customers with floor dirt, the sub was $19 no cheese and they forgot the oil so it was dry..the turkey was good the bacon was cold and hard…very disappointed and will never return

Overall we enjoy Jersey Mike’s allot more. JJ food quality has went down and their menu is very limited. They nickel and dime everything and have inflated their prices. Honestly I don’t see them staying in business very much longer.

You all used to claim to be freaky fast. Last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s taken between 40 minutes to an hour and a half. Also, read the customer requests. It’s not hard to throw in a few napkins and cut a sandwich in half.
