Walked in to get cones for my family. Ordered large cones for everyone. Spent $20 dollars on 4 large twist with sprinkles and 1 large vanilla. Picture below is what we got. Need to get rid of staff that is standing around talking and not caring about the service. Won’t be back.

The typical dq, clean, nice location but the slowest I’ve ever experienced. I’ve tried drive thru 3 times and had a 20 min wait in line (from order to window) every time for a milkshake no food (line of cars in front of me) and inside is just as bad. Nice staff but maybe they don’t have enough staff to open or don’t train them effectively I’m not sure. But don’t go unless you have plenty of time to sit around.

I gave all 5 stars to Dairy Queen Grill, and chill in Sunbury, Ohio because I was very hungry when I went there, ready to eat, hoping to not be let down when I receive my food, because as patrons of fast food, that does tend to happen more frequently than I’d like to say. Lol my tummy was thankfully not let down it was satisfied with the barbecue boneless meal with fries and it was so tasty and satisfying. Hi finished that off with a Butterfinger blizzard with whip cream on top. Thank you dairy queen for being more than oh so satisfying.

This DQ is constantly struggling. We ordered in for take out, and it was pure chaos. Half of our order was missing, no one was receptive to making the rest, yet there were at least 6 employees in the back just standing around. Customers were literally helping themselves to their orders from the pass through, and the attitude was heavy from the teenage employees. If you’re looking for just ice cream, go to Whits or UDF. This place is a disaster.

I aaked for a cheeseburger with relish only. The girl taking the drive through order asked if I wanted relish added or relish only on the cheeseburger. I told her I wanted relish only. I received a cheeseburger with everything on it and packages of relish.

Worst peanut buster parfait ever. Just vanilla ice cream with a few peanuts sprinkled on top and a very small drizzle of fudge (very minimal) at the bottom. McDonalds is better.

I walk in and nobody is at the front. There was a dude standing awkwardly at the front, mumbling to himself. Turns out he was an employee and was trying to order something with nobody there and he then decided to sit down for the duration of his break. Then a girl sees me in the back, and literally ROLLS her EYES. She comes out, won’t look me in the eye and asks what I want….I order 2 LARGE Blizzards to GO and she gives me 2 SMALL ones….with no carryout container and no lid…proceeds put the kids on and get ice cream everywhere. I tell her I’ll do it and put the lids on myself and carry them out…with very sticky fingers. No greeting no salutation….and got the order wrong. The employees at this location act like you are bothering them. Some of the worst attitudes and least competent people i have EVER seen. I will NEVER be back. I’ll go to The locally owned Delaware ice cream business, they actually care. If I could give this mess of a store ZERO stars, I would.
