Phanna Phurisat (who was on my receipt for taking my order) was very rude to multiple customers and snapped at everything I said when I was ordering and then proceeded to do the same for the customers after me. He was wearing glasses and kind of skinny, very rude, I hope that the name matches the face of the mean worker.

This is the worst TacoBell location I’ve been to. They skimp on everything. I’m wondering if the burrito they gave me was just the rolled up tortilla that caught the few beans and bits of rice that fell out of an actually burrito. Although I absolutely love all the students working there!

Definately a great place to snag a meal if you’ve got a bit time to kill between classes and you’re near the Liberal Arts building. Given it’s location I had to wait about 15 minutes for my meal but despite how busy it is the quality of my meal was quite a bit better than a large number of Taco Bells I’ve visited.

The staff at the Taco Bell in UVU is always so friendly, and quick. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order wrong, even if I customize food, which I can’t say for most restaurants. The only thing that could make it better is if they had salsa verde again like most other Taco Bell stores.

This Taco Bell is the best in Utah county. It’s a little bit more pricey because UVU dining services can be a little bit stingy as far as money goes, but it’s a university fast food place. They have to make money. Also, the customer service is great and they’re always quick. A lot of people on campus are super impatient and can’t deal with the fact that these people are human too. Seriously, customers need to pay attention to signs better.

I waited 23 minutes for my food, the employees didn’t seem to care, “fast food” I could have gone to my class room on the other side of the school and warned my teacher I was going to be late and then returned and I would still have waited 5 minutes after that. If you want Taco Bell and you go to Uvu you will get it faster if you get in your car and go to ANY other taco bell and then return to school.
