I really enjoyed my time at Heat Lounge! The best part was the DJ, Aparna!! She played the most amazing selection of songs. She had a great sense of mixing the songs she was playing for just awesome outcome ! I will definitely come again and bring friends when Aparna is the DJ!

I literally had the worst experience at this establishment. Wish i could them a big ZERO rating. 1st off the gentleman who was taking out order did not understand English so there was a language barrier. So my friend & I decided to place an order. The nachos were horrible. 1 There were barely any chicken 2 it was hard chewy n cold 3 there were barely any cheese 4 the nachos were hard n cold smh. Despite that, we decided to order drinks. Omg the nightmare begun. My friend asked the waiter what was in a particular drink. He said he didn’t know what was in it & will ask. Then I asked for a amaretto sour, he seemed so confused & said he didn’t know what tht was smh. Tht was our signal not to order. Anyways after a few minutes he brought the drink to my friend. So my friend said i didnt want to order it, i just wanted to know what was in it. He was looking at us n did not understand what in the world we we were saying. After multiple attemps trying to explain to him we didnt want to order the drink. He went n got someone else. So my friend returned the drink n we continued to order drinks. The drinks were also TERRIBLE. Taste like juice. Mind you not 1 time did any of them came to check on us or ask if everything was ok. N yet they had the damn audacity to charge me a 20% gratuity for 2 people. I honestly felt service was not worth 5%. So i asked him, doesn’t that automatically get applied to a group of 4 or more ppl. Oh now he acted like he didn’t understand. Upon getting the bill, he 1st said the bill was $69 then when i went to pay, he said oh its $82. I asked for a paper bill, he said oh we dont have that it’s on the machine. Listen stay away from this establishment. U want good drinks & good customer service, go to Babylon. Worst experience ever n I will NEVER go back. I tell u 1 thing, when their own kind walked in n sat, they definitely were more attentive & provided good customer service to them then us.

The first couple times I came here, I had a really good time. The music was good, the vibe was chill, DJ Ankor was mixing all the genres of music. But when I recently went there, it was not the same. First, I had to wait 45 mins just for my hookah. The music was way too loud, it was a different DJ. I don’t know if that DJ had any experience because he did not know how to mix the music so it was hard to vibe and have fun. Imo they need to bring the old DJs back.

Excellent food and hookah. The server was very patient in helping us select the right hookah. We topped everything off with a thick, creamy strawberry milkshake. Highly recommend.

I would definitely agree with what Sam N said. While the first time visiting was quite fun, the following two other visits were not quite so much. After seating ourselves we waited nearly 45 minutes and never got attended or acknowledged. The two table next to us also had the same issue and had to come up to a bartender to get help. Hookah was alright after fixing it ourselves and the dj was actually really nice and played good music. When it came to paying their system automatically tipped themselves 20% gratuity without telling you and asks for another tip on top of that as if you didn’t tip already. Not only that they sneakily charge you extra stuff so I’d be careful of that. They were charging me 80 dollars for 3 drinks and a hookah. Wouldn’t come back because it was the second time theyve done something like this to me or a friend. Definitely not worth the price.

I can only comment on the customer service of this place. The people are super friendly and great. I had a situation where I wanted to watch Sunday night football and the worker looked for a while trying to find it. He did not have to but that was a nice gesture.

Visited this hookah bar on a Thursday night. Wasn’t too busy, had plenty of tables open. Ordered a lemon mint hookah and mint black tea. The tea came quickly, but it took almost 30 minutes for us to get our hookah. And this was when the place was half empty, and most other tables already had their hookah. The black mint tea was good, and the lemon mint hookah was great. But the music was terrible! About half way through our hookah, a DJ started playing a set, and it was bad. They blasted the music so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with someone next to you. And the music and mixing was equally terrible. Practically ruined an otherwise great experience.
