No mayo or mustard packets that I requested, and no straw (not that there was much to drink anyway though as the cup was filled with about 80% ice, 20% drink). If you pay around $20 for some lunch you should get better service than this. They just lost a long time customer.

Went in was nice with the 2 employees because they were shorthand and packed but went in after I left bc I thought I may have left something and they were very rude with me when I asked. Simply hire better people, wanted to take my $5 tip I left back.

I LOVE this place! There isn’t a girl here who isn’t loving and kind, and their employees always put the customer first! I enjoy working in an environment where we can all get along unlike many other work places. The sandwiches are overwhelmingly good and every time I take a bite I feel like I am in Heaven. Sandwich made to order was excellent, self serve area lacking; no napkins in plain view available had to reach over the counter, no sauce sides available either (even though requested during the order process) without asking after the order was completed.

Not happy with delivery service. I left good tip prior to delivery and the driver said my door buzzer is not working to come in. Made me walk down to get it, which is fine. The irritating part is my door buzzer does work and he was deliberately lying to me. Should have just said he doesn’t enter buildings or is lazy or whatever the issue was. Not lied.

Ordered a big party box for Christmas Eve and had to change to a much smaller one just a few hours before due to covid cancelations. They answered my phone call even before they opened and kindly and quickly made the changes The order was perfect and really delicious. Will definitely do this again!
