Hot n ready wasn’t ready but was within a few mins. Food was super fresh and hot. Very good thin crust pepperoni. The workers were nice and friendly. Inside was intensely hot. The uber driver waiting with me asked if we were cooking with the pizza as we waited.

Went there a month ago to place an order because neither their online order or phone works. Had to wait 15 minutes for a pizza they dropped on the ground, then another 15 minutes for the replacement. At least I got a free breadsticks to accommodate me but man. It’s just a Little Ceasars, it shouldn’t be this hard.

Unfortunately the lowest I can rate this place is 1 star, otherwise I wouldn’t have given any stars. I waited for over an hour and when they finally realized that they had given my order away, they decided to remake my order. There was no “apologies, we have to remake your order” or anything. So I asked for my refund. I was asked for my proof of purchase, which I gave, they claimed to refund it…but I got no apology, no “let me see what we can do”….absolutely nothing. The crazy part about all this was that I maintained my calmness and still gave respect towards them. I only wish they would’ve done the same. I DO NOT recommend them.

I’ve never had pizza slices crumble in my hand as if baked sand. The dough literally was falling apart and after 10 minutes slices mysteriously stuck to the box as if glued down hard. There was no crust on my pizza and it lacked a lot of taste. It was prepared fast that’s the only positive thing I have.

My family and I do enjoy a good fast meal with good prices, I have gave this place chance after chance, but its gone down hill so much in the past few years. It gets worse by the day the drive thru is never open everytime you walk in you stand for 10 to 15 min if not longer before anyone even says anything if they even do, cause all you hear is all them playing in the back and giggling. The pizzas look like something a toddler was cutting, the customer service and appearance is awful. They really need to work on new management or figure something out, I really believe the only reason this place is still for business is the prices and familys that the prices are easy on, and I think it wrong, cause the service is horrible and the attitude I really don’t believe anyone deserves this type of service. Tried to call several times to order. Twice they they just took the phone off the hook. After that just got a busy signal. I drove over there to st Robert, not a sole there. Went in ordered my order with extra cheese, which they billed me for. Got home, no extra cheese. Not the first time this happened, but will be the last time, cause I’ll never go back. St Robert, Mo is the WORST!!!!!!!!…..

Phones are never answered, + you can’t order online. The “kids” who work there are always playing with each other and installations are dirty and disgusting plus is always empty but they took FOREVER to make a classic pepperoni pizza, !!! You guys need to do better, and I’m not taking about this “kids” I’m talking about the person who is running this place!!
