The wait time, is 15 min to get through this drive-thru, even if there’s 1 car ahead of me. Was there on Friday, 6/16/23 & had a coupon. Took them 10 min to figure out that I couldn’t use it there. I went again today, 6/19/23, and again, the drive thru was so slow! I ordered 2 things and one car infront of me had 1 thing.

Seems like the whole staff was trying to take care of drive thru. They were neglecting the front. After waiting for several minutes to be acknowledged, a friend of the staff walk in and was taken ahead of everyone.

The service is absolutely horrible. I wait 20 minutes every time for my coffee. The coffee is always burnt and tastes horrible. When I put in a mobile order in advance they rarely have it ready no matter how far in advance I put it in. Absolutely horrible service! I never write reviews but they consistently have horrible service and it’s the only option near my home.

They never have any of the one major food they sell. Donuts! The cashier could not understand English. Creates a problem when trying to order.

As so many others have said, this is easily the worst Dunkin’ in the area. Unfortunately, there are not many fast food options in Ringwood, otherwise I would never even consider going here for something quick. Food is always soggy and not warm enough. The employees here are terrible and seem to mess around in the kitchen constantly. Avoid this place if you can.

The worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Went for the first time and got a frozen coffee. It was so dulled out by creamer I was basically drinking milk. Went a second time, and the frozen coffee was literally in blocks of ice. It was work trying to drink it through a straw. I had to break the ice apart to drink it and it still didn’t taste good. Worst thing ever.
