Has to be the slowest one ever… They need to work on their time management with orders and having the right amount of staff on weekends that move with urgency and stop putting the drinks out first for mobile orders when they got to wait umteen minutes for their food!! By time you get the food the drink watery or slushy is watered down!!! Prices of food is going up at least have common decency to know that once the food is coming up communicate to whomever so that the drink which takes literally one minute or less to pour comes out right after … Its not that hard to do . Communication goes a long way in the food industry. Do better…

Not only were the burritos I made incredibly small, at least half the size of a usual Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, not to mention the complete lack of cheese, which is an integral part of a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, but I had to stand at the counter and repeatedly say “Excuse me” to be heard over the staff’s conversations so that I could get my drink cup. When I did finally get their attention, the attendant who helped me scoffed as if I was bothering her. The disrespect was simply adding insult to injury with the incredibly poorly made food. I will NEVER be returning to or ordering from this location and I will actively be warning people to avoid it. This was completely unacceptable. I’m a frequent customer of Taco Bell and I’ve never had this poor of an experience.

Drive thru experience is one of the worst. I’m not usually the one to complain but here I am writing this review. I was talking to two workers between a man and woman; the woman however was listening to our conversation and rudely interrupted saying we don’t have coffee at all when really what I asked was if they were out of the Cinnamon Coffee as well. The man did not state that they were out of “all coffees”. Maybe you should start your customer service out with informing the customers the things you are out of instead of having straight attitude and being rude.

Although they were all new and short staffed the manager apologized and thanked us for our patience. Not many fast food chain managers would care enough to do that. They’d let the customers go into a rage, complain, and demand free things or cuss the staff out. I can appreciate her small gesture of acknowledging the situation at hand. Kudos to whoever was working the drive thru and making food tonight at approximately 11:56 pm. I typically loathe going to any Taco Bell because no matter what you ask for, they always seem to get it wrong and it even herb they correct it it never tastes good. Tonight I bit the bullet because I something to eat that was close by. They answered promptly, I had a tad bit of a special order on my chalupas as I asked for no sour cream and to add nacho cheese and I could hear the attendant ask the person who was making the food if they got my special order which I appreciated. When I got to the window the guy was nice and didn’t make me feel rushed by throwing my drink and card at me as some places do, even when I checked my food before pulling off he didn’t make me feel rushed, although I know they are probably timed, but again as i mentioned most Taco Bell’s can never get it right. They had my sauces, napkins and straws in a bag and I appreciated so much because I typically have to ask. Please be sure to give praise to the team that worked tonight. Give them a raise, a paid day off on the company or whatever it is that they may ask for. If you need to identify me I had the chalupa meal with beef, no sour cream add nacho cheese with a Baja blast around 11:56:/11:57 pm tonight

I drove to this Taco Bell because it had better reviews however I’m extremely disappointed at the amount I just spent to get stiffed on my nacho fries that look sad and soggy. I had not ate any yet in the photos. There’s barely any there and the cheese was 1/4th full. If people are gonna pay so for food they want it to at least be decent! At least do a good job on your current advertised product geez ! None of my food was as good as I’m used to, this Taco Bell sucks
