We mapped PDQ and a Test Kitchen address populated. So we went with it!

Office break room vibe, but there’s a sign out front that says, “open to public”. The good is really good. My favorite so far is the Tampa Hot Bowl.

March 2023. Caught lunch here with Kevin after our plane landed. Very fast out of the airport and had some unique options that I don’t remember at our local PDQ.

PDQ Test Kitchen is a fast food restaurant inside the PDQ Headquarters. It is located inside an office building, which is not exactly the vibe you’d expect from a fast food area. The service was good, but the prices seem too expensive for a fast food restaurant.

I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really good. The waffle fries were perfectly crunchy as well. I didn’t know what to expect when going to this test kitchen but was happy I checked it out. Luckily I got there right before noon because I had really fast service but after I started eating I noticed the lunch at noon crowd had formed a pretty long line leading out the restaurant so I’d suggest trying to get there a few minutes early.

Wasn’t sure about visiting here, but the reviews were raving. Glad I tried it out, the food was fresh and tasted great, it is tucked away inside an office building but if you want a decent lunch this is a must try! I’ll be coming back for sure! Clean and customer service was great!

Felt like we were going to lunch with all the 9-5’s great people watching. The lady at the counter was super friendly and the store was so efficient. The food comes on real plates, feels like a cafeteria. The building is so cool and beautiful. Reminded me of when I’d go to eat at my favorite secret place in college off the beaten path. The food was great! Typical PDQ favs plus stuff you can’t get anywhere else.
