For my first time in, the food was Delicious… But the service not so much. The dining room (tables) were FILTHY and no one was really doing there job ( except for the cashier). The manager was on his phone watching people actually do there jobs. He was very nice but I don’t think he knows how to run an establishment… Never coming back until further notice

I ordered the penne rosa with grilled chicken added. As I was eating I noticed these crunchy burnt pieces in my food. I believe it to be burnt food pieces scrapped off of whatever grill they use. This is NASTY I do not want to have crunchy bits that taste horribly burnt in with my soft food. Thanks noodles for putting your grill scrapings, that should’ve gone into the trash, in my food.

This location isn’t good. I’ve been here 3 times because I thought I was getting them on bad days. They don’t give you the normal amount of noodles or toppings. I’ve told them this twice and was told they wanted to make it right with free noodles…never received that.

This place is absolutely filthy from super nasty bathrooms to bird poop all over the tables. The manager is beyond rude and cussed me out when I asked him to clean the poop on the tables while I was ordering my food online outside. He even tried to fight me. I can’t believe the health department hasn’t shut them down.

Considering other Noodles & Company locations are generally packed and not as well staffed. The West Main location is stable and well staffed and has a constant but not overwhelming flow of business. 10/18 rate Joseph Richards the best looking and most skilled staff member .

One of THE WORST experiences I’ve ever had ! I found a bandaid in my food and no one seemed to care ! I ask for a refund and because I order through DoorDash (pickup NOT delivery) they said it was nothing they could do . Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Definitely will be reporting this to the Health Department!
