Great service and food! Not often impressed by locally owned restaurants due to the hardship of the line of business. Usually, something is missing, value, taste, or service. This place had it all! We had a party of 5 and we were all very pleased. Homemade taste with good-sized portions and very competitive pricing. Definitely couldn’t get this at a chain restaurant.

Took my mom for her birthday, which was my first time trying it. It’s a cute, quaint country restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was great, the portions given are great. It is very affordable and reasonably priced. The staff was very courtesy, helpful, and always had a smile. The time we went, it was very busy, but the girls still made time to check on you, which was great. Will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

The food was wonderful. Homemaker lasagna was outstanding. The waitress was great. Another waitress helped my sister who is disabled get her salad and took it back to the table for her. The prices were great. Their desserts are wonderful as well. They are made by a local bakery.

This place is my new favorite place to eat when I come in from Florida for a visit. It takes a little longer to receive your food as everything is prepared fresh, not prepackaged. The staff is super friendly and I love the decor.

This is a rare find. I have spent years on the road, and occasionally you find a place that serves good home style cooking. I had the meat loaf, green beans and ham, Cole slaw, and soup beans. Everything was a delight. I had grown used to only being able to get fast food in Jackson, yet here I found the best food I have had on the road in quite a while. There were even vegetables to eat. This place is well worth a stop. Heck, I’d even drive out of my way to get here.
