I have been here before and loved the Caesar salad. I came back after 2 years and got the coconut banana smoothie and the steak bowl and OMG I’m in love !!! The flavor and the healthiness I’m just in love with every bite !! The chef and the staff were so friendly and welcoming im definitely coming back more often!!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the Ultimate Grill this evening. We had the pleasure of meeting Dmitry whose hospitality and quality of service was the utmost. We had the beef chili and teriyaki chicken bowls which were both delicious. These were paired with the ice tea offered to us on the house. Both the quality of food and portions were up to par. We are looking forward to our morning workout tomorrow followed by brunch at the Ultimate Grill. As a side note, they are also offering Thanksgiving packages and we ordered pies from them which I am sure will certainly make our palates smile.

WOW… this place is great. The food is tasty and the service is welcoming. I went for the first time last week. Whatever they do with Brown Rice raises it to a level above everyone else who serves brown rice. It is clear that the ingredients are fresh, and meals are prepared on the spot to preserve the freshness. The fresh brewed iced tea was appreciated and delicious. I had a wrap with grilled chicken, ultimate sauce, brown rice, and some veggies. It was super delicious. Thanks Chef D.!!!

After reading all the reviews on this place we went out of our way to try it out. When you walk in RWJ Fitness just turn left at the front desk and you will see a small cafe at the end of the hall. Do not be deceived by the small amount of tables and chairs, this place serves FIRST CLASS food at bargain prices! We asked the gentleman cooking if he was Dimitri and he was surprised we knew his name. We told him that people mentioned him by name on these reviews. He came out to greet us and even gave us a free iced tea for being first time customers and coming out on such a hot day. My wife had the ultimate wrap and I had the turkey burger. Both were to die for! I mean, how can someone make something so simple so delicious? If you haven’t tried this place out yet you are missing out on the best kept secret in Old Bridge!

This place is a little small but it’s nice. I would recommend it for a cozy little lunch. It’s located inside of the Robert Wood Johnson wellness and fitness center in parlin. I loved the quality of the food and the atmosphere in terms of good people coming in as well as the attitude of the salesperson it’s respectful decent and over all a nice place to sit and eat.
