I’ve been going to Rocky Rococo’s for many years now, all the way back to high school…and their pizzas and bread sticks have remained consistently good. There’s something about their sauce that tastes different from every other pizza sauce; when combined with their crust as well as the cheese and toppings, their pizzas are really quite good. I almost always have the same thing, which is a super slice of extra cheesy superoni pizza along with breadsticks, cheese sauce and a Coke. Ahhhh…yeah, that’s the stuff !

After waiting almost a half hour for our pizza, they made it competely wrong. They were told very light sauce, not pile it on. Also ordered black olives on the entire pizza, but only got it on half. When I complained to the manager I was told an excuse, that it was a new employee. Sorry but I should not be made to pay $40 for the wrong pizza!!! Never again!!!

Pizza was messed up. (Which everyone makes mistakes). Asked politely if I could get a refund or a new pizza. The man was very rude to me and said “he knows it wasn’t messed up because he made it”. Turns out it was the owner. So unprofessional and rude. Love Ricky’s food but this place is ran by someone whom don’t know how to treat customers.

This is the first time I tried this restaurant, I ordered a onion with extra cheese. Was a little disappointed was told this place out a lot of toppings on. There was hardly any onions on the pizza. The counter people were friendly and professional, and the flavor of the pizza was ok so will give it another chance.

Unfortunately, the last time I ordered a pizza with my boyfriend our pizza was made very poorly. We called and spoke to the owner on 3 different occasions who insisted the pizza was fine because he made it and that he would not do anything to make it right. All we wanted was a refund or a new pizza made. We were completely disgusted with how awful the owners attitude and customer service was over the phone all 3 times. We took it upon ourselves to call cooperate who then handled the situation for us very promptly and professionally. We will continue to goto Rockys but will NEVER goto the Fond Du Lac location ever again. The owner is very unprofessional and rude.

I’m not normally a thick crust person, but rockys is really good. Similar experience to jets pizza, but I would argue better tasting toppings. Local business does a good job with my small amount of delivery orders
