I know it’s Christmas Eve but come on…walked in to place a take out order, the person that helped us was so baked he didn’t know what was going on. Ordered 2 subs and had a special request on one. Both were made incorrectly and special request ignored. The cashier stared inappropriately at my wife the whole time and after a very awkward time we get home….only to find 2 hairs in the incorrectly made subs. Thanks guys

Ordered delivery and shortly after received a call asking to add more of a tip even though I’d already given a tip, then it took 45 minutes for my order to deliver, and then there was no mayo on my sandwich (I’d requested light mayo). I’m very disappointed and am not likely to order from this store again.

i ordered a slim 6 wich is just bread and cheese. They gave me avocado in it (wich its not supposed to have) im extremely alergic to avocado and had to go to the hospital.

Fast service and sandwiches were correctly made to order per my request. They did it so fast that they forgot the pickle that I ordered cut in half. Didn’t realize this until I got home and said “I even left a tip and got no pickle!”

Friendly staff here I went in on a super slow Friday night and got my sandwich and pickle in about 2mins flat. No music was on making it a little weird but JJ has some amazing sandwiches for the price

I visited this Jimmy John’s recently and I had an excellent experience. The cashier, David was extremely friendly and professional. He seemed very well-versed in the menu items and he made my ordering experience really pleasant and very easy. I asked about some of the newer items they had and he walked me through each option. He seemed to be picking up the slack behind the counter as well and got my sandwich out to me really quickly. Great sandwich experience, I will definitely be back, those jalapeno chips are awesome 🙂

Best sandwich ever. They just make them better at this location, I don’t know how but it’s so tasty. Veggie on fresh baked whole wheat bread, add hot peppers you won’t regret it. Please don’t forget to tip you sandwich maker!
