Tracked my phone that was left in the bathroom to this location. Not only did someone that works here steal the device but they were trying to unlock it in the back and told me they knew nothing despite the fact that the location showed that it was in an employees pocket who was moving from the back to the front of the restaurant. Worst people encountered in a long time.

Absolutely awful!! I went to OKI Japan and was so disappointed by how rude the person taking the order was asking, asking me questions and not waiting for me to answer while scribbling something down just flabbergasted me… food was so expensive and soooo very disappointing it was literally just Taco Bell steak grilled a little bit. Half cooked onions, the mushrooms were practically raw, and rice was hard, sushi roll had fallen apart while sitting in the box. Tempura wasn’t cooked evenly. Don’t go here save the 14 bucks for somewhere else.

Just curious why they maintained eye contact, and let others know their food was ready while I stood by just waiting excited for the food cause it’s my first time eating here, but they never let me know my food was ready. Just kept looking at me, and not with smiles either, like I wasn’t supposed to be standing there, where others were also standing waiting for their food too. Eventually I went up to get my husband’s money back and she yelled at me “you’re food already ready, right there!”. Now I was standing there for 20 minutes about, he already ordered, got his food and finished eating already By the time I thought to get his refund so that we could go about our night. I just took the cold food with a cold thanks cause she got out of feeling obligated in any way to give me the refund I now wanted instead of the now cold food. And before you think I deserved this because I might have said my order in a mean way, or talked down to her somehow when ordering like “um now make that a double (t sounds all over) , I asked if I could double the shrimp but I was like “can I double the shrimp on 8 instead of the chicken?”

Had double chicken teriyaki, i ate it all cuz it was good. That’s the first time I had crispy on one side and tender on the other side chicken teriyaki. Nice chewing texture and good flavor.

In a state that’s known for their Teriyaki Oki Japan happens to contend for thee worst Teriyaki Washington state. It’s a shame because the service was fine staff was incredibly kind but the food sucked so bad I was upset.

Ordered the #8 and it did not disappoint especially for the price. The california roll was what you’d normally expect, the seaweed salad was amazing,the teriyaki chicken was cooled to perfection as was the fried rice(you get to choose if you want steamed or fried)was absolutely delicious as were the spring roll,tempura shrimp and the gyoza. Would definitely recommend stopping here If you want a delicious meal that won’t leave you wondering why you fell for the picture as has happened to me in the past. I only had to wait five minutes as they make the sushi roll fresh of course. This one meal was enough to feed two people

Not satisfied at all. For starters, the inability to effectively communicate with customers is unexceptable. Lady at the counter was rude an unable to comprehend my questions or effectively answer my questions. Pass it by, there are better options in the food court. The value fir the $$ charged was severely lacking.
