8/28/23 At approx 4/20, I ordered a bowl which included mashed potatoes, no gravy, corn & chicken. Upon arriving home I noted bowl not filled and only 3 small chicken nuggets! I’m sure I didn’t pay almost $9 for this! Very disappointed & being a senior I was too tired to drive back. I’m disappointed in KFC!

I ordered an 8 peice original online. When I went to pick it up, they told me that I needed to come in after getting to the window. I went in and the rude lady just gave me the bag. When I got home, the chicken was piled in a paper box and sealed in 3 plastic bags which caused the chicken to be extremely soggy and slimy. The box was so moist that the chicken was falling through the bottom and a peice hit the floor. I called to inform what happened and no one answered the phone. That’s my last visit

The young lady at the register wasn’t friendly at all. I had to make her speak. There was a lady who was preparing the food who was very friendly. The young lady at the register didn’t even say thank you after our transaction. She have a name tag on so I didn’t get her name.

Just visited at 3pm mon june 19th. Waited 3 minutes at drive thru without being greeted. Said “hello” and got back a “just a moment”. Waited an additional 3 minutes and drove off. Noticed there were no other customers in drive thru or lobby. Customer service non existent.

We waited 10 minutes in a line inside, only to be told it would be 16 minutes before any chicken was ready. There was a customer in front of me and two parties sitting waiting. I only saw one employee, and she was rushing between the drive thru and the front counter telling us she’d be with us shortly. Needless to say, but we bailed and went home to make our own supper.
