Leaking ceiling, terrible service, and mediocre food. The cashier completely forgot my little brothers drink and fries and made it seem like it was our fault. We specifically told her to add a small drink and extra fries, and she couldn’t even do that. The ceiling was leaking on us during our meal. It took a good 15-20 mins to get our food. The fries were salty and soggy. Do not recommend this place at all.

Every time we order delivery from this particular restaurant, our order always arrives incomplete or a completely wrong order. Whether it’s the fries that are missing, or the celery, or even the wings themselves! Something is always missing. Then when you call the restaurant to complain they say it’s not their fault and they refuse to own up to it and say they can’t send another driver, etc. It’s so frustrating.

I brought my son in today for his birthday with his friends. When my son began ordering the lady rudely interrupted my son and told him to slow down but it was a snappy and rude way. Came off to me as playing around so I laughed but she was being serious. After the order she gave my son nickname Roadrunner.. Her attitude very poor with customer service and honestly after sitting here thinking about the first time experience in there if I would have been him it would have humiliated me. U should learn a different way to speak to people.
