I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chipotle Mexican Grill, and overall, I had a very good experience with the food and service. Chipotle has undoubtedly carved its niche in the fast-casual dining scene, offering a customizable menu with a variety of fresh ingredients and bold flavors. While the food and service impressed me, there were a few areas where improvements could be made, particularly in table maintenance and cleanliness. Additionally, the inclusion of a separate mobile pickup counter and drive-thru service would greatly enhance the convenience factor for customers on the go.

Wow this place hasn’t gotten any better in over a year. Sad really! Long lines. Tonight they made everyone wait for about 10-15 min and wouldn’t take orders for dine in. People in the drive thru for days and the workers were just standing around. The restarting was filthy and gross. management needs to step up. This is not sanitary. Why is this one like this. Does ownership and management not care!!!

Ok. This place was VERY unorganized. It took 20mins to get my food and there were only 2 people in front of me. The employees were slacking and barely knew what they were doing and we had to basically direct them on what to do. I do not recommend this place.

The dirtiest and worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. They consistently get orders wrong, place is unkept, they skimp on portions even if you order double meat and rice and the attitudes are of overworked teenagers. For the price you pay for Chipotle now, you’re better off going to Rosa’s and getting a meal. I can’t imagine how much worse this location will get when 380 is completed. Avoid this location at all costs!

Last time I will ever order from this location. Not only have they cheated on portions on all online orders, this time I found meat in my VEGGIE bowl. As a vegetarian, I am truly absolutely disgusted on top of how much grease was seeping through the bottom of the bowl. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this location, just as others have said.
