Daisy the manager was rude denying my order claiming they did not have it on their end. Yet I had points deducted, I was told if I showed proof the points came out for the order that they’d honor it. So I found it on the BK application however was still denied my Food even after making a purchase for my families food. We’d only stopped there because I had points for a whopper. One Fella there was decent also seemed to know how to do the job we’ll definitely feel he should be the manager at this location. Last Daisy was very condescending also refusing an offer on an any size fry giving a small instead saying we could not have a large & Forgetting our frozen coke.

I waited in line for 20 minutes, ask for no Mayo. I looped back around because there was mayo on it and asked for a plain chicken sandwich. I waited for another 25 minutes and discovered there was cheese on it the second time. The manager in a white shirt was very rude and looked at me like it was my fault. I left with my incorrect order and will never return again.

Many of the offers and deals on the Burger King app do not work at this location. It’s as if they are blocking the good deals such as $1 any sized onion rings etc. If you add a “blocked” deal it gives an error and won’t let you checkout.

I went thru the drive thru and came inside to ask for my my sauces and from what seem like the manager I got nothing but attitude to and her worker which she grabbed the sauces out her hand aggressively she seem like nothing but a cheapskate and my friend got frustrated when asked for sauce and was almost charged so he left do they even care about customer’s experiences will probably never come back hope manager learns people skills
