Ordered 2 things of wings, one buffalo and one honey bbq because my children don’t like spicy food. They delivered 2 buffalo orders so I called to have the problem fixed. They said they didn’t have any orders from my address/ph number… I checked a few things and confirmed it was them. Called back to have them hang up on me. The 3rd time the guy couldn’t have cared less, he sounded dead inside. I asked for a manager who said “well you’re not talking to them anymore you’re talking to me. I need to find your order” – tf! I don’t even live over here I was visiting family. The customer service is offensive never ordering again.

I called in to order food 20 mins before closing time and they said the kitchen was closed, which sounded like pure laziness so I tried just ordering online instead. Everything went smoothly and I tracked the progress, but it never left the preparation stage and needless to say, nothing ever came. Oh and I ordered again the following day and went to pick it up. The pizza was inedibly old and it was lightly sprinkled with cheese, not even covering half the pie. Bread bowl chicken alfredo was FIRE. So was the cinnamon bread twist. So there’s that.

Someone took my order which was two midium pizzas – one with pineapple and bacon and the second one with extra cheese. I repeated the order of twice but you still printed extra pepperoni. I found out about it once I got the pizza. The worker who served it was not pleasent when I asked him to get my original order. As well as the shift manager.

This is my second time ordering from here and I definitely feel trapped in a toxic relationship. The delivery is atrocious. My order is constantly being marked delivered when it hasn’t been. The driver always seem to return to the store mid route and of course my pizza is cold (I stay 10 minutes away). After all of that I can still admit the food is good.
