Good spot if you’re in a hurry in Brickell. Freaky fast just like the ads. Healthy options and an Unwich that is a sandwich without bread but wrapped in lettuce. No need to make reservations. Get your order in minutes.

Avoid this place if your ordering for a business. I called for a catering order tonight. Once I called and explained my situation and what I wanted, I was placed on hold. Afterwards, someone else picked up, then I was placed on hold again (10 minutes). Clearly it’s just a game at this location. Stay away.

Lately I’ve been having problems with this location. They NEVER answer the phone. Sometimes they put me in hold for more than 10min, pick up the phone and hung up, send my order to another address, and the last time they took 1h to bring my sub… It sucks because jimmy johns is my go to, but these pst experiences make me not want to order and end up going to Publix for a sub instead.. counting that I order JJ at least twice a week.

I’m conflicted about Jimmy Johns. Their food is amazing, the bread is just the right level of softness and firmness, the staff is really nice and delivery is super-quick. I even know competing sandwich shops that test delivery methods in order to be able to deliver more quickly than Jimmy John’s, but to no avail.

Well something about me I don’t ate junk foods just try protected.myself, but you never know in case of emergency. I spent my money seriously at Jimmy Jones so tasty my sandwich with oregano lettuce tomatoes vinegar not too much mayo $10.50 cents not a big deal at all and couple dollars to the gentelman bring my sandwich, something else Customer Service followed orders just the way I want it then I am set for five hours until later on.I work very hard but concern about anything going to my stomach’s.
