Food’s fine, I mean it’s chipotle so you know what you’re getting basically. The customer service was the issue. A member of my family has sensory issues so we always ask for rice separately, which is never an issue at other locations. This place though could not be bothered to accommodate a seemingly simple task, but finally filled a single tiny container of rice. When we got to check out though, they charged us for the rice as a whole separate menu item! On top of our bowl price! I mean come on, no other place has had an issue with this simple request.

Terrible customer service the inside is absolutely disgusting they have three employees talking in the back and two working not even busy when I’m here and no one has even cleaned this lobby, trash over flowing and bathrooms just as bad.

big yikes! came in and it was slow, not busy at all. I was the only one in line but the girl acted like she was in a rush, slapping the SMALLEST portions on my order, wrapping it quick and making a mess, and threw it up front for me to check out. wish I read the reviews of this place before ordering. please go to any other chipotle in the area! I’m sure it’s better in comparison.

I have not been in Chipotle in a long time and yes it can be perceive pricey but it has value portions are good and food taste fresh had the Pollo Asado Burrito Bowl and salsa is very good to be a fast food place

Stay away from this restaurant. The last few times we have had the smallest portions I’ve ever seen come out of a chipotle. This last time is a new record, one bowl had double Barbacoa and the other chorizo. The chorizo was barely visible in the bowl. And the double order could barely be called a standard serving. We will never order here again.

The service and quality is absolutely terrible. This location currently only accepts mobile ordering and when you walk in, there are 3 people hustling at the pick up order station while everyone else is lounging in the back! No one is friendly at this location and most of them don’t seem to have a clue what they’re even doing. Not only did they get my order partially wrong and late — the steak was absolutely horrendous!!!! I had to spit it out it was so tough or full of fat!!!

This place must be badly managed or something. The last 10 or so times we’ve visited they always say the line is closed, they aren’t taking customers, only taking online orders, out of everything etc etc. IF we can get food, it usually takes 40+ minutes. They can’t get it together and it shows.
