I was there today. 8/25 1145am I went in the drive through and ordered a small coffee and 4 Tim bits 2 birthday cake and 2 chocolate glazed. I get to the window and hands me the Tim bits and all I see is 2 Tim’s and a chocolate glazed donut I tell the lady it’s wrong I should have 2 chocolate glazed. Not a full donut. She takes the bag back….. and gives me 1 chocolate tim bit I mentioned to her again it’s wrong and all this is happening I’m still waiting for my coffee. Then she goes and grabs 1 tim bit and hands it to me in a paper…. nasty and forget to hand my coffee after she closed the window. She needs a new job.

This location has a great morning shift. But the city of utica decided to relocate traffic signal directly in front of their store. Now only problem is getting on hall road. I witnessed a fist fight this morning. Two non-gentleman trying to leave the parking lot!
