Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see they served far more than noodles – they also had sushi, Chinese, and Thai. I was very surprised that they were able to make the spicy tuna sushi gluten free, and the General Tso’s chicken. I asked for it to be extra spicy, but still felt it was about a 3/10 on the heat scale. My daughter even felt it wasn’t very spicy – the the texture and flavor were both great!

I had the cold sesame noodles, hot and sour soup, and the beef with green beans from the Lunch specials. I found the sauce on the sesame noodles to be abit sweet. Hot and sour soup was well made, but could have been spicier. The Beef with green beans and brown rice was well prepared and tasty. Lots of choices on all of their menus. Had enough left over to take home for dinner. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. This upscale Asian restaurant is worth trying in the center of Ridgefield.

I tried this place for the first time. The spicy crunchy salmon was great (not too much rice, fresh, and well seasoned). The egg drop soup was decadent. I also ordered the hand-pulled noodles in a Thai spicy broth with beef. The noodles were nice and chewy and not over-cooked. The beef was really tender, with a bite (like they had velveted it), and with really great flavor. The salad on the side wasn’t a lame salad – it was topped with super yummy jicama, and mango strips. This place is worth coming back to. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.
