I forgot to pick up the food attached to my order so I went back to tell them I’m sorry but I forgot my food can I please grab it? I got called a liar, yelled at and was treated awful! The manager on duty would not listen to me and was making a scene. She was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met and for no reason. I used to go here EVERYDAY and will not go back. Good job hiring people like her.

3/15/23 8:55am mobile order was not ready until 9:10 – Basically serving cold milk. You asked them to correct them and they catch an attitude. It was a heavy set lady with a long ponytail and a lady with tattoo sleeves. Just the rudest that can be. The ponytail lady tells me she has made my coffee 3 times. I am sorry, how is that my fault? I miss the morning crew from a few months ago.

A few times I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked, but otherwise they usually prepare my food the way I asked, so that’s always important. OMG. I have been drinking ice caramel late with cream and sugar since 2016 and this was by far the best one. I had to ask the guy that made it his name. Randy needs to be hired by corporate so they can send him to all the different locations to teach them. OMG. I am so mad the location he works @ his a little drive from my house. Best believe I will make sure I go to that location as much as possible hoping Randy is working

This location used to be hit or miss but in the last 6 months theyre really consistent and the coffee is so good. If they’re training new people who don’t get the coffees right, the veterans always fix it.. And usually there’s not a problem again They most always have all of the donut and munchkin flavors available. The people that work here are really nice and friendly.

Worst “cold brew” I’ve ever seen. They clearly made my order completely wrong. If I wanted to drink straight cream I would have went to Publix and bought a bottle of cream. Cold brew contains coffee which there is clearly none. Disgusting. Train your employees to make simple drinks, especially when they are featured drinks.
