The cook knows how to cook. Very good food. Had AMAZING service. She was very attentive to us and ALL the other tables. ESPECIALLY, since she was the ONLY server there. They LITERALLY, only had 2 employees working when we were there. And BOTH, the cook and the server were on point!!! Very impressed!!!

Stopped in here for a quick breakfast before driving to Raleigh for a flight out. Crew on nights was inexperienced but they pulled it off. They were very polite and one of them had been on shift going over 12 hours almost and was still very polite. It took some time to get my food but I was in no hurry. They offered a discount which I said it wasn’t necessary but they did anyways. I will return on future work trips.

Man, the only place to make hotel food seem good in comparison. Not sure how the food got so cold between the cook and me. Hash browns were cold. Gritz were cold and clumpy. Bacon was cold and old. Eggs were not cold. Truly one of the worst eating experiences I have had in recent memory. I ate at a waffle house in Shreveport a few weeks ago, and the food was delicious. Not sure what the heck happened to this dump in Havelock,but they don’t get many repeat customers I’m certain.

Well it’s been a while since I’ve been to a waffle house, So keep in mind a first impression is a lasting impression . Upon entering this restaurant We were greeted With the proper greeting of the day. Then we chose to Sit at the bar,But before sitting had to request that they wiped down the bar there were still food residue from previous patrons. Place the order, and the food which was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Eggs were supposed to be closer to a over easy but the whites done and the yolks still running, Other than that the food was perfect and tasty.
