Piccolo Mondo is an Italian Restaurant located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We specialize in authentic Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere. We have live music Wednesday through Saturday beginning at 7 pm in our Piano Bar and our bar is stocked with top shelf liquors as well as an extensive wine list. We have the availability to host private events in our Banquet Room and love to help our patrons celebrate moments both big and small. Our menu features specialty dishes daily and a vast array of classic favorites, everything from Spaghetti Bolognese to Osso Bucco Milanese and Lobster Isabella, as well as fresh seafood and prime beef options.

Came here for spumoni ice cream dessert and drinks on a Friday nite while they were having a live piano player and saxophone player. Relaxing evening. Wish the kitchen and bathroom doors had a new coat of paint as it would brighten the decor. The women’s bathroom had more than 2 stalls. Will have to return for lunch. Delicious old fashioned and mondo coffee.

Tonight Preston was our waiter. He was on point with recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The Salmon with the basil cream sauce was absolutely delicious. I loved that this staff never let your glass get empty and knew how important the small details were. We don’t live in the area, but we will be back soon! Side note, loved how many people spoke Italian in the restaurant.

Found by way of Google search. So glad I tried them. The hostess was friendly. Fernando our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The stuffed mushrooms were yummy. My friend had the salmon, spinach and potatoes in a lemon butter sauce. I had spinach ravioli marinara. I tried both dishes and they were delicious. The salmon was succulent and the potatoes and sauce were amazing. I enjoyed the ravioli and the fresh Parmesan cheese was a nice addition. The fresh bread yummy and the minestrone soup was hearty. The dessert was amazing. Great ambiance and the service was amazing. I’ll definitely visit again.

Busy Saturday night — full but not crowded. We had reservations.Our waiter was very personable and met all our requests efficiently. All 7 at our table enjoyed our various meals and beverages. The atmosphere was lovely and later in the evening a piano and sax duo provided an extra bonus… and took requests. Easily 5 stars on all aspects.
