A fun brewery to check out in Park City! I got the Cold Town Cold IPA, which is delicious, and my girlfriend got a flight. The best by far in the bunch was the Silver Creekwater Amber Lager, which is dark and smooth and so good. On the other hand, the Mexican lager literally tasted like water, and that’s not exaggerating. I would recommend trying the first two that I mentioned, though. Also, the Caesar salad and tater tots are both surprisingly good.

Park City Brewing has become my favorite spot on a Saturday afternoon when the weather is nice (which feels like all the time). I highly recommend the pretzel bites, chicken sando, and burger. They recently added chicken & waffles to the menu…it was The atmosphere is also great & we’ve had great service the 4-5 times we’ve been there.

Incredibly delicious food, great beer, and friendly service. Gary was very nice and took care of us generously, even right before closing. The burger and chicken sandwich were tasty. One of their specials, tri tip philly cheese, was delicious. But the winner of the meals was the cream of mushroom soup. All 4 of us agreed it was one of the best soups we’ve ever had, especially in the Park City area. We will definitely be coming back here again.

I did a flight of a couple drafts, all of them were good. We had the skewers appetizer which was nice and flavorful. Our server had the personality of a doornail which was sad especially for a Friday night.

The 14 dollar pretzel bites were so poorly conceived that I wouldn’t even call them pretzels. As you can see in the picture below, they came out more like a fried wheat dough (not even good wheat dough) rather than a pretzel. The only reason it’s not a one star is because the staff were friendly and respectful. You would be much better off just going to Jimmy John’s or Wendy’s in the same parking lot over this embarrassment of a restaurant.

We tried the Wagyu burger with three different sides. Onion rings were our favorite, they are really well fried, tasty and not greasy. Meat was also tasty and tender. The ambience was nice, with music in the background and screens displaying different sports. The Crisp American Lager was good, enough flavor to pair with the burger. Nice place to eat close by the outlets.

I’ve been to Park City Brewing a couple of times, always with a lively bunch of friends. Each visit was a unique experience. One time, the place was buzzing with energy, yet they made sure we felt right at home, accommodating our large group with ease. I remember digging into their chicken sando – it was fire! And even though I didn’t try their famed beers, the vibe was infectious. The highlight? Stumbling upon their trivia night on a random Tuesday. It was an absolute blast! If you’re looking for a place with heart, great food, and an unforgettable experience, I can’t recommend Park City Brewing enough.

Our server Christina was awesome! Very well attentive and made sure we had a great experience. All of the rest of the staff we dealt with was great as well. We tried a variety of food and it was all great. The root beer was especially good. Looking forward to coming back here again.
