I’m a door dash driver and accepted a cash order through the door dash driver app once I delivered the food to customer they told me that they paid with there debit card and showed me proof and pizza hut did let me know after i took the order that they took the customers payment and didn’t give me the cash for my order I was promised. I called door dash customer support and went back to Pizza Hut and neither one wanted to help me get my refund so if your are a delivery driver be careful when choosing a cash order from this location through your driver app.

The pizza was made on time and fresh but they really lacked the topping I ordered. Like 6-8 pepperonis and lack of black olives and pineapple. The pan pizza tasted like cardboard too. The lack of topping for the price of inflated pizza makes me very disappointed in a company I use to love. Little Cesar’s has more topping at a lower price.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza and everything seemed fine. The next day I heated the leftovers and found silica gel beads baked into the last two slices. Literally picked off a dozen beads. You can see where they were literally baked in from me picking them off. Shared my experience online in the app and got an email saying they will forward to the store. Haven’t heard anything back.

I called to place an order for pickup. I told the person who answered I wanted a large, pepperoni pan pizza and then asked what the specials were. He said “well I already took your order”. He refused to tell me the specials and then hung up on me. I was shocked. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 13 years. I will never again buy from Pizza Hut. CHECK YOUR PIZZA before you leave. I couldn’t believe pizza was missing from the box!! I’ve been buying pizza from this location for years and nothing like this has ever happened. I’ve heard not the best things about this location but since it’s so close to me I’ve continued to buy from there but this just made me sick to my stomach.
