Clean environment, easily understood menu, attentive staff. Chef Angie seasoned and cooked our orders quickly and accurately, all 4 orders were pleasing to the eye and delicious. Wait staff brought our food right out. What was supposed to be hot was hot and cold was cold. My visiting friends from Ohio said at the same time as we were leaving “I wish we had something like this back home”. Thank you all. Update: my swiss burger and fries today was very good, perfectly cooked and appointed. Fries were hot and crispy, wait staff was busy but attentive.

For starters the food is amazing. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and they never disappoint with the quality of food. I have had several terrible experiences when it comes to customer service though… Every time I order take out they do not seem to be in a hurry to get you your food even when it’s done and sitting under the heater. The last couple of times I have went in there (while they weren’t even busy) I would walk in there and stand at the bar and wait atleast 7-10 minutes for someone to even ask me what I needed.

4 of us arrived about 12:45pm on a Friday afternoon and found all tables full so we waited at the bar for a short time until a table opened up. We were greeted by the bartender and gave her our drink orders. When she brought our drinks she took our lunch orders. It was over an hour before we received our food and we asked if we wanted a 2nd drink. By this time the restaurant was for the most part empty. Other then it taking a very long time for service, the food was very good. I hope to come back and find things are better.
