The food tastes like they cooked everything with a box of salt instead of seasonings. Paid $10+ for a chicken sandwich meal that was dry, the fries were dark, soggy, and loaded with salt. It’s definitely not worth the money, and I won’t ever order from here again.

I placed an online order for this location and went to go pick it up. When I got there they couldn’t find my order and searched for my ticket for 5 minutes. They finally found my ticket in the orders that were already done and came to me saying that someone already picked it up. I told them that if that was the case they gave my order to the wrong person. The man at the register today decided to argue with me and said no he didn’t give it to the wrong person instead of just admitting his fault like I was lying or something. I explained to him that I was the only person who could have picked up my order so they finally decided that they had to make my order again. After making the order an hour beforehand and waiting extra I was tired of waiting and asked how long would it be? The guy at the register said he didn’t know and tried to brush me off. After asking again he finally said 5-10 mins. I asked to speak to the manager who was working today and was told that she couldn’t speak English so it wasn’t possible for me to speak to her. They pretty much ruined my day and the food was gross from being rushed.

Ordered in person, the restaurant has an open / modern layout. No one else was waiting but I seen a few online orders come and go. No issues with my order, takes about 10-15 minutes for the wings to be ready so an online order probably would make more sense. They’d have 5 stars if they had more wing flavors.

Ordered $110 worth of food for delivery on the app. They called us said the food was ready for pickup we explained the order was placed for delivery. They then lied and said that wasn’t available and decided to then have doordash come and get the food. The food came over an hour and a half late cold with no options for refunds or stopping the order. Their employees are ignorant, they lie to customers and have no pride in their business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve ordered here a few times, never has my order been fulfilled accurately. Tonight half my order was not in the bag, and when I explained what was missing, I was handed a pen and paper to write it down myself. Why not just hand me an apron and I’ll fry the chicken myself too. I don’t have anything else going on? This place is pitiful.

1st time having Wingstop…nothing special. It was good but a bit pricy and not much options. They only had 11 flavors and those flavors were nothing I was that intrigued by. Give it a try but if your someone who loves wings there are much better options out there. I guess I expected more considering they are known around the country.

I’m sorry but this is not sanitary, I placed an order & asked the lady to use the bathroom. These are the cup holders in boxes next to a toilet!! I’ve worked in the food industry, come on now!!! My frys were overly seasoned too.

The food was fine, regular wing stop, but the service was terrible. Ordered online, got there on time, and had to wait when I got in there too about 15 minutes. Looks like they didn’t even start working on it, just like the rest of the people waiting. Didn’t seem there was any urgency or anyone knew what they were doing. People were leaving with orders and coming back in saying they were wrong. Not acceptable service

Don’t expect your order to EVER be filled correctly, the staff barely speaks English. Wings are miniature in size, pricey, and usually served barely warm after a long wait. The Subway next door is a better bet.
