If you’re looking to go to this Togo’s you’re out of luck if you try to get here at 3:00 p.m. they’re closed on the weekends as you see here in the pictures guess they’re still on covid-19 restrictions .

I don’t think I will ever go back to this location. My sandwich was good however the staff is rude and non welcoming. When I approached the counter to place my order I had a smile on my face and said hello how are you with no reply. So I then went on to place my order with the staff member that never really acknowledged me and when i would ask a question I would get no response back. As I was leaving I thought to myself wow if your that miserable with your job you should quit. Worst customer service ever.

I have more than 30 years of fond memories of going to Togo’s to pick up a sandwich. This was not the experience I had at this Togo’s. It could be bad management or it might have just been because of the pandemic but there was only one employee in the store, so call in orders were taking a backseat to walk-ins, and there was an extra 20 minute delay in picking up my order. The sandwiches were fantastic as always, I understand that you cannot rush excellence. But, whoever needed to help pick up the slack behind the counter was not there. I also understand that at the end of the day we all are in a hurry to get home, so I am employing the management to make sure that orders are received and processed in a reasonable amount of time.

If it were possible to give 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat. The #9 hot pastrami sandwich is the best thing that I’ve ever eaten at any sandwich shop. No one has will ever be able to top the excellent composition of this sandwich as well as the employees who construct it. Not only was the sandwich of extremely fine quality, the staff were extraordinarily helpful and happy as they went about their work. Simply amazing.

I go to this location every week being a Teacher near by. I have always had great service until today! I ordered a Club sandwich with avocado and no bacon. I added cheese so I thought they would wave the cheese fee and when I asked the extremely rude employee name Claudia she told me and I quote “if you don’t order bacon that’s your own problem!” And when I corrected her and told her it was not my problem it was my choice! she didn’t even offer a apologize!!. Attention management train your staff on how to speak to guests. I will not recommended this location to anyone. Sad but true.
