2 stars is all I can afford to spend on this review due to the simple fact that I was told that “I could go to the gas station to cash my 100 bill”. It’s a shame I’m sure that the employees deserve better recognition. If it would have been posted somewhere at the establishment this would not have been an issue. Oh well srry guys.

Missing Canadian bacon on pizza. I’m staring at the receipt in big letters that spells out Canadian bacon. If you’re out because of a shortage since our country is going to hell and Joe is learning how to bicycle again, I get it. But at least let me know. Two greeted me on my online order when I walked in the store. Just give me a heads up and we can go from there. Silently hoping a customer won’t complain is what’s going to get your store closed down again.

Ordered two pizza’s online yesterday at 3:00 was told I can pick them up at 3:45. When I arrived at 3:45 I was told they are busy and could pick them up in an hour. Six employees standing at the single working register looking at each other. How about utilizing 4 of these people to make pizza? Absolutely terrible management. Will never be back. Great thing Savoys is opening in Shakopee.

Ordered on line pizza wasn’t ready after making the order 30 minutes ahead of time, Manager Glen was putting money in his pocket and then touching food with the same gloves on his hands! I’ve been going here for years and the last few times we’ve had really bad experiences, nothing is ready and I can understand their busy but I should not have to wait over 15-20 minutes for 2 pizzas especially if I order plenty of time in advance. We got pizza last night and everyone in my family got food poisoning. The food is obviously not as fresh as advertised, and not being stored properly. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be coming here again! I’ll go out of my way to go to a different location.
