Poor customer service. Just purchased meal, paid for meal at window, then informed they don’t have the size ordered, downsized. So, I tell my mate ask for your money back or they need to compensate. They never offered anything for inconvenience. Will not eat at this location again until I see different people.

Chicken was fried to hard not golden brown nor juicy. They had a 2 piece leg and thigh deal I tried to substitute the thigh for a leg and they wouldn’t allow me to. I won’t be going back.

I used to live a block from the one on 54 st …now I’m near this one and would rather to drive more and be treated as a human being than walk and be treated as a toilet…drive thru doesn’t work..I ordered a gallon of sweet ice tea and they gave me a cup…cole slaw?? Well I would say Cole seed….angry temper for no reason… horrible experience and please I’m not a racist but just a few black people know how to do customer service
