We ordered Barb’s Special and a simple two eggs over easy with Italian bread. The Italian bread was so good. Eggs over easy were cooked perfectly (whites cooked, yolk runny). Simple breakfast with good service. We brought our dog and sat outside. Would return.

If you’re looking for some excellent breakfast food served piping hot, this is your place! I had a Meat and Cheese omelette with turkey sausage and American cheese with home fries and Italian bread toast (which was excellent which I didn’t expect). It’d have been nice for the server to have offered to refill our iced teas though! Street parking is easy.

This place might be racist. I went for an early Sunday breakfast by myself and was the only non-white person. I saw 3 empty tables get occupied by white people after I had already placed my order. All of the tables with white patrons received their food before I did but I decided to remain patient. 10-15 minutes later I still didn’t get my food and the white people who came well after me had already finished their food by this time. I decided to get up and leave because I saw that all of them had ordered the same menu item as I did. Once again, this place might be racist. If you’re non-white, don’t go!

I love this place !!! I has a true mom and pop feel.The food is good but simple and the waitstaff is very nice. The food is very comparable to your mom or grandma making you a meal … simply, home cooked but good! The only down side is that usually really busy on the weekend and you have to seat yourself.

Great diner in Lawrenceville. Our server, Gia, was very friendly and cheerful. My husband loved his omelette – very light and fluffy. My pancakes were a little lacking in flavor – maybe some vanilla would help? Otherwise, it was a great dining experience.
